Ricado Byanille, 24, of Burlington, was charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances, possession with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of prohibited weapons on Feb. 28. Police reported to a residence on the 2000 block of Old York Road to conduct a follow up investigation. During the search of the residence under 50 grams of marijuana, packaging and prohibited weapons were located. Mr. Byanille was taken into custody and sent to Burlington County Jail in default of $1,500 bail. ***
Devon Stevens, 18, of Florence, was charged with burglary and theft on Feb. 28. Police received a report that a home had been burglarized on Challander Way. Investigation revealed Mr. Stevens as the suspect. Police were able to locate the item that was stolen and located Mr. Stevens. He was taken into custody and sent to Burlington County Jail in default of $10,000 bail.
Mansfield
Thomas Klimkowski, 29, of Juliustown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, cell phone use, failure to maintain lane and reckless driving on March 6. Police responded to New York Avenue for a report of a motor vehicle accident. While speaking to Mr. Klimkowski, the driver of the vehicle, police detected the odor of alcohol. After failing to satisfactorily perform a number sobriety tests Mr. Klimkowski was taken into custody. He was later released to the custody of a friend.
