HILLSBOROUGH: Brothers face charges of narcotics possession

   Two Hillsborough brothers were arrested March 1 and $950 worth of narcotics was seized, according to the county Prosecutor’s Office.
   Daniel Struble, 27, of Fairfield Lane was charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances oxycodone and alprazolam in the third degree and possession of marijuana under 50 grams, a disorderly persons offense.
   His brother, Kevin, 23, also of Fairfield Lane, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, both of which are disorderly persons offenses. Both were released, a press release said.
   At about 5:45 p.m. on March 1, after a Superior Court search warrant was obtained for the vehicle and residence of Kevin Struble, task force detectives and Hillsborough police saw Mr. Struble driving his vehicle on Homestead Road.
   They stopped him and executed the search warrant. Police said they found less than 50 grams of marijuana and a digital scale.
   Task force detectives and Hillsborough police then went to Mr. Struble’s homeand executed that search warrant. Police said the detectives discovered more marijuana (less than 50 grams), 15 alprazolam pills and 10 oxycodone pills located in Daniel Struble’s bedroom. Mr. Struble was arrested at that time.
   Detectives alsofound more marijuana (less than 50 grams) and numerous plastic bags in Kevin Struble’s bedroom, according to the release.
   Prosecutor Geoffrey Soriano said the estimated street value of the seized marijuana is about $450. The alprazolam is estimated at $300 and the oxycodone is $200.
