The Spoon & Sprout Cafe will have its grand opening on Saturday, March 12, in Building 2 of Kingsbridge Center at 378 South Branch Road.
Every dish is made to order by chef/owner Geetha Jayaraman, who grew up in Malaysia. She brings a passion and knowledge of exotic spices, ingredients and flavors, to fuse taste and nutrition.
Items include the refreshing and satisfying quinoa salad, a hearty Moroccan stew and apricot bread pudding.
Her wares include healthy snacks. Crunchy gourmet plantain chips from Ms. Jayaraman’s snack food company accompany menu items and are available for purchase.
