HILLSBOROUGH: Police blotter for week of March 10

   Steven Fisher, 19, and 18-year-olds Justin Boehler, Matthew Dzeuba, Anthony Mastroianni, Oscar Matysiak and Kyle Williams, all of Hillsborough, were charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana following a traffic stop on New Amwell Road on Feb. 6.
   Mr. Mastroianni was also charged with speeding and driving while in possession of a controlled, dangerous substance. Mr. Boehler, Mr. Fisher, Mr. Williams, Mr. Dzeuba and Mr. Matysiak were also charged with underage consumption of alcohol. All were released after processing.
   Two juveniles were also taken into custody. Their disposition will be determined by the Hillsborough Police Juvenile Board.

   A Hillsborough woman reported on Feb. 17 that she left her purse at a fast food restaurant on Route 206 after she dined. The purse was secured by a manager who reported that a second unidentified woman claimed the purse and left the store with it before the victim was able to retrieve it.
   The loss of the purse and its contents was reported to be $357.70.

   Jaclyn Ussia, 31, of Montgomery was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusing to submit to a breath test, having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle and resisting arrest at 5:46 p.m. on Feb. 18 after police received a report of a driver asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle in an Amwell Road parking lot. She was released after processing.

   Michael Newland, 22, of Frenchtown was charged with disorderly conduct on Feb. 18 after police received a report of a man lying in the parking lot of Washington Commons. Police said Mr. Newland became disorderly with officers who had detained him due to his intoxication and were trying to have someone sober pick him up. He was released after processing.

   Katherine Almeida, 44, of Hillsborough was charged with driving while intoxicated, failing to stay in a lane, failing to exhibit documents and driving while talking on a cell phone at 2:18 a.m. on Feb. 27 on Auten Road.
   Ms. Almeida registered a blood-alcohol content breath test result of 0.15 percent. New Jersey law states that BAC above 0.08 percent is considered drunk.
   She was released after processing.
