This event offers businesses an opportunity to promote their products and services to the Montgomery community.
Approximately 5,000 people typically attend this event.
The Fireworks Campaign, led by George Jarvis, Walter Geslak, Frank Drift, Matt Galvin, and Meg Helms is moving to raise the needed funds.
In the meantime, individual donations of any amount are being accepted. Checks may be made out to: Township of Montgomery, 2261 Van Horne Road, Belle Mead, NJ 08502.
The money is being deposited into a trust account dedicated only for this purpose. A receipt will be provided.

Tree trimming taking place
MONTGOMERY – Tree trimming (on behalf of PSE&G) is under way in the township and is estimated to take until the end of March.
They plan to trim trees on the following streets: Bedens Brook Road, Provinceline Road (from Bedens Brook Road to Cherry Valley Road), Skillman Road/Camp Meeting Avenue (from Hollow Road to Burnt Hill Road), Route 601 (from Skillman Road to Dutchtown-Zion), Burnt Hill Road (from Skillman Road to Sunset Road), Route 518 (from Provinceline to Route 206), Opossum Road (from Orchard to 518), Orchard Road (from Burnt Hill Road to Route 206).

2011 Earth Day Fair April 10
MONTGOMERY – The 6th Annual 2011 Earth Day Fair will be held Sunday, April 10, from noon to 4 p.m. at the Montgomery High School Commons area.

Baseball dinner and auction
MONTGOMERY – The second annual MHS baseball First Pitch Dinner and Silent Auction will take place on Saturday, March 19, from 6:30 to 10 p.m at Hopewell Valley Golf Club, 114 Pennington Hopewell Road in Hopewell.
The evening will begin with a cocktail reception and silent auction followed by dinner.
Coach Mueller and his staff will speak about the upcoming season and recognize the 2011 team. Cost is $75 per person. All proceeds will benefit the Montgomery High School varsity, JV and freshmen baseball teams.
