The Princeton Borough and Township Republican Committees are extending an invitation to local Republicans interested in running as municipal candidates in the June 7 primary election.
The deadline for filing for the primary election is April 11.
In Princeton Borough, the mayor position and two council seats will be on the ballot. In the township, two committee seats are up for election.

Education symposium
An education symposium sponsored by the Special Education PTO of the Princeton Regional Schools will be held Saturday, March 12, from 8:15 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the John Witherspoon Middle School, 217 Walnut Lane, Princeton.
