   CHAPTER B
Chapter B’s next regular monthly meeting is scheduled for April 14 at the Municipal Building. This will be our spring luncheon. A cold buffet will be served by a local caterer. Tickets for this event were purchased in advance for a cost of $15, which will be refunded upon attendance. No tickets will be sold at door.
Doors will open at 11 a.m. — earlier than usual — to give everyone time to visit our ticket tables. Please bring your checkbook or some checks so that you don’t miss out on some of our upcoming events.
It is unusual to have a guest speaker when we have a luncheon but on April 14 we are making an exception. At 1:30 p.m. Dr. Jorden Schiff, Hillsborough Superintendent of Schools, or a representative from his office, will speak briefly about the property tax freeze program, answer your questions and have some forms to fill out if you qualify.
We will have a brief discussion regarding the by-laws. At our last meeting we voted the new amendments and revision changes and they were accepted. However, there were two minor amendments to the amendments and they must be voted upon in April.
