Keep Middlesex Moving Inc., Middlesex County’s nonprofit transportation management association, is accepting nominations for NJ Smart Workplaces.
NJ Smart Workplaces honors companies for programs that promote and provide commuting alternatives to their employees. Employers who offer carpooling and vanpooling, flexible work hours, teleworking or promote mass transit may be eligible for NJ Smart Workplace designation.
More than 300 New Jersey companies were awarded this designation in 2010.
Among them were Merial Limited, Jamesburg.
All of the criteria and a nomination form are available at www.kmm.org. Nominations are due by April 15.
Awards will be presented at a press conference in May.
