Borough Democrats to endorse for mayor, council on Sunday

The Princeton Community Democratic Organization is holding its endorsement meeting on Sunday night.
Whichever candidates are endorsed will have good positioning to have their name in the first column on the ballot in the June primary.
Candidates for Princeton Borough mayor are David Goldfarb, Yina Moore and Anne Waldron Neumann.
Candidates for two Borough Council seats are Heather Howard, Barbara Trelstad and Thomas Zucosky.
Candidates in contested races — borough mayor and Borough Council — will have three minutes each to address the audience, followed by questions, which will be submitted and read by a moderator.
Uncontested incumbent candidates for two Princeton Township Committee seats are Bernard (Bernie) Miller and Sue Nemeth. They will be given the opportunity to address the audience while the ballots are being counted.
The meeting is open to the public, but only members of the PCDO will be allowed to vote.
The endorsement meeting was to have taken place earlier in the month, but was delayed after Mayor Mildred Troman’s decision not to run for another term.
The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Suzanne Patterson Center behind Princeton Borough Hall.
