Mrs. Sterrett, 75, of Howell, died March 29, 2011 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Mrs. Sterrett was born in Staten Island, N.Y., and had lived there before moving to Howell in 1980. For the past 10 years, she was employed as a food merchandiser at B.J.’s Wholesale Club, Ocean. Prior to that, she worked in the human resources department of Continental Insurance, Cranbury. Surviving are two daughters, Deborah Seitz, and her husband, Anthony, and Susan Sterrett, all of Howell; a sister, Mary Jackson-Hobson of Freehold; and four grandchildren. A funeral service was held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold. Interment was private.
