ARE INTERESTED IN CREATING A CONSCIOUS LIVING COMMUNITY
PENNINGTON, NJ — Are you the parent of a small child or infant and interested in connecting with others devoted to exploring the many challenges of raising healthy children? Are you interested in learning more about conscious living choices like breastfeeding, healthy diets, and compassionate parenting, and would like to explore these and other issues that emphasize making personal choices responsibly and in a loving manner?
Our group is focused towards empower parents and families to live with a natural, balanced and holistic health.  In our busy times, understanding the most basic issues of creating a strong a healthy family requires not only information on what to do, but discussion among those who are doing it together.  We tackle these issues with relation to some of the topics found in the "Pathways to Family Wellness", a copy of which can be picked up for free before any meeting.
Meeting topics include: pregnancy and natural birthing, breastfeeding, baby carrying, co-sleeping, healthy eating, organic foods, educational styles, positive mindset for parents and kids, chiropractic, naturopathy, exercise, and more.  If you have a question about any part in the process of being a parent, we will make it a point to talk about it!
The Pennington Pathways Connect group is organizing in the central New Jersey region, and we want to meet up with you! If you would like to be a part of a fun and nurturing group that supports, educates and empowers parents to meet their children’s needs, please call Dr Aryn Gabai at (609) 737-3737 or email [email protected] for information on times, dates and the location of our meetings.
