   The Manville Public Library book sale is continuing at the library. Purchase the donated and surplus books to help support the library. Hard cover books for 50 cents; soft cover 25 cents each — or by the bag for $2.
Saturday, April 16
   The auxiliary of the Manville First Aid and Rescue Squad is holding an indoor/outdoor flea market and craft show, rain or shine, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 16, at the VFW Hall, 600 Washington Ave. You can also bring unwanted gold items to redeem for cash. Free admission, bake sale. Breakfast and lunch available.
Sunday, April 17
   Easter Bunny Breakfast, sponsored by the Manville Hillsborough Elks, Elks Lodge, Brooks Boulevard, Manville, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cost is $5 for adults and children in seventh grade or above; children under seventh grade are free. The Easter Bunny will be available for family photos.
Tuesday, April 19
   The Manville Education Foundation is sponsoring Community Bowling Day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 19 at Ten Pin Lanes, 1 Rustic Mall, Manville. Proceeds will help to support the “Manville Digital Sign” campaign. Tickets are $15 per person and available at each school office. Price includes: shoes, unlimited bowling, pizza and a beverage.    The Manville North End Volunteer Fire Company No. 3 and Ladies Auxiliary will hold their annual easter flower sale, on Friday and Saturday in the parking lot of Rhythm’s (South Main and Wilhousky streets). A special sale night will be held on from 6 to 8 p.m. at the firehouse at the corner of North 8th Avenue and Louis Street.

   The Manville North End Volunteer Fire Company No. 3 and Ladies Auxiliary will hold their annual easter flower sale, starting at noon Friday and 9 a.m. Saturday, in the parking lot of Rhythm’s (South Main and Wilhousky streets). A special sale night will be held on Thursday, April 21, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the firehouse at the corner of North 8th Avenue and Louis Street.
