Kevin Burke and Robert Radcliffe, both from Manville, and Jerome Carr of Princeton were charged with theft and trespassing on April 4 for allegedly stealing scrap metal from an Old Camplain Road property.
The value of the theft was reported at $447. All three, all age 32, were released after processing.
Sarah Mulberry, 18, of Cornwall Bridge Court was charged with underage possession of alcohol following a Route 206 traffic stop on April 9. Ms. Mulberry was released with a summons.
Troy Conway, 34, of Manville was charged with driving while intoxicated on April 10 after police received a report of a man passed out in a vehicle in the parking lot of a Route 206 convenience store.
Responding officers located Mr. Conway asleep in the driver’s seat of his vehicle, and he registered a blood-alcohol content of 0.15 percent on a breath test, police said. New Jersey law states that BAC above 0.08 percent is considered drunk. He was released after processing.
