MANVILLE: Two tried to steal metal, say Hillsborough police

Kevin Burke and Robert Radcliffe, both from Manville, and Jerome Carr of Princeton were charged with theft and trespassing on April 4 for allegedly stealing scrap metal from a property on Old Camplain Road, Hillsborough.
The value of the theft was reported at $447. All three, all age 32, were released after processing.
Also, Hillsborough police reported that Troy Conway, 34, of Manville was charged with driving while intoxicated on April 10 after police received a report of a man passed out in a vehicle in the parking lot of a Route 206 convenience store.
Responding officers located Mr. Conway asleep in the driver’s seat of his vehicle, and he registered a blood-alcohol content of 0.15 percent on a breath test, police said. New Jersey law states that BAC above 0.08 percent is considered drunk. He was released after processing.
