BORDENTOWN TOWNSHIP: Car collides with tractor-trailer

   BORDENTOWN TOWNSHIP — Bordentown Township police are investigating a serious motor vehicle accident in which a car slammed head-on into a tractor-trailer on Route 130 on April 20.
   Police said a 2006 Toyota Camry, driven by Kathryn Besheer, 27, of Dayton, was going south on Route 130 in the area of Burlington Road when she lost control of her vehicle.
   Ms. Besheer’s car struck a guardrail on the shoulder of the road, then went across the southbound lanes and over a grass center median, police said. Her vehicle then went on the northbound lanes and collided head-on with a tractor trailer.
   The tractor-trailer was traveling in the right lane of Route 130 and was driven by Patrick Slomczynski, 24, of Chicago.
   Ms. Besheer suffered multiple injuries as a result of the collision and was transported to Helene Fuld Medical Center in Trenton for treatment. Mr. Slomczynski was not injured.
