Mark Magariello, Robbinsville
I have lived in Robbinsville for more than 20 years, and I have seen the township grow rapidly during that time. Much has changed, but one quality has remained for which we should be grateful: Robbinsville is a very safe place to live and raise a family. At a time when there are so many distractions for our youth, we are blessed to live in a place where the teachers, police officers and firefighters look out for their children. I have seen firsthand how hard our public safety workers work when something goes wrong.
When I read about the communities in New Jersey that have had to lay off dozens of police and firefighters due to budget cuts, I am glad to live in Robbinsville. I am glad that we have council members who have the courage to keep our public safety forces largely intact, and who have worked with the school district and community volunteers to keep drugs away from our kids. I know Dave Boyne, Chris Ciaccio and Rich Levesque personally, and I know how hard they are working to keep Robbinsville safe for families. They need your support on May 10.
