Hopewell, NJ., May 2, 2011 – M3 Studios plans a summer 2011 expansion doubling its 1,200 square foot boutique fitness studio. The additional square footage will enable M3 to offer additional hours of personal training along with group personal training classes (M3:GPT) as part of its core services.
The M3:GPT series kicks off this Sunday, May 8th at 8:00 AM with a free launch class for Mother’s Day. “We’re thrilled to finally have a space planned to offer group classes,” said Mel Johnson, M3 Studios’ founder and principal trainer. “The classes are designed around our most popular personal training session, the extraordinarily successful 30 minute workout, a concept that I’ve developed over two decades.”
Our dynamic classes will range from 30-60 minute workouts and are built around strength and cardio conditioning, perfectly designed to motivate movement and inspire you to find your inner grit. Along with agility drills, abdominal training, and focus on flexibility there is enough fun sprinkled in to keep you coming back for more. Classes and exercises vary; results stay the same…a great workout and the satisfaction of knowing you just did something great for your body.
“My philosophy for sustained health and fitness is really pretty simple, we design programming for our clients built upon a foundation in which they can realistically attain and maintain over the long term. And long term is the key. Our clients reach and maintain success because every workout is structured for how each client feels when they come in to train. Some days, a client may be ready for a workout that is going to push them to the next level, other days that person may have a low energy level and so the workout is adjusted accordingly. Personal training is what we do, the differentiator is that we are intuitive, we listen to our clients, and we train in a very controlled environment, minimizing risk for injury and one that allows for a consistent and safe fitness program,” said Johnson.
“We are excited to launch the M3:GPT series to the community,” said Johnson. “On its heels will be more community inspired initiatives including walking clubs, kids’ movement classes, and fitness-related fund raising events.”
