Gregory Dittrich of Hillsborough has been promoted to first vice president of the Provident Bank. He’s also regional manager of 17 branches in Morris, Middlesex and Somerset counties.
He is responsible for growing branch business and leading managers to develop relationships with consumers and businesses.
He is also the director of government banking, where he manages all of the bank’s municipal relationships.
Mr. Dittrich joined Provident in 2007 as vice president and regional manager after the bank’s acquisition of First Morris Bank and Trust, where he was senior vice president and director of retail banking for 20 years.
Mr. Dittrich is a member of the Denville Rotary Club, where he received the Paul Harris Fellow award recognizing his community service.
