   A Washington Avenue business reported at 7:57 p.m. on April 27 that someone spray painted “10298” on the west wall of the building overnight

   A North Third Street resident reported at 10:54 a.m. on April 28 that money was stolen out of her purse. The victim left her purse in a shopping cart of a Market Place Mall store by accident, left the area and returned. When she found the purse, it was missing $120 cash. The suspect was identified by a customer service person as a well-dressed female.

   Patrolman Michael Peterson reported at 11:28 a.m. on April 28 that he had Shahidulla Nasib, of 7302 Bath St. in Springfield, Virginia, under arrest for the theft of five motor vehicle floor mats belonging to Adesa. Mr. Nasib was charged with theft of movable property and released on a summons. Patrolman Peterson also reported at 12:04 p.m. on April 28 that he had Bao Lin Wu, of 6315 Sylvester St. in Philadelphia, under arrest for the theft of one Lexus floor mat belonging to Adesa. Mr. Wu was charged with theft of movable property and released on a summons.

   A caller reported a motor vehicle crash at 8:16 a.m. on April 29 on South Main Street. Patrol responded and reported two cars were involved with one injury. Kevin Bacon, 33, of 76 Huff Ave., was charged with driving while intoxicated. He was processed and released to his family, while his car was towed.

   A South Seventh Avenue resident reported at 9:57 a.m. on May 1 that his vehicle’s windshield was smashed overnight while parked on the roadway in front of her residence. The estimated cost to repair is $450.
