Jodi Stephens, of Robbinsville
In the upcoming council race, voters have a clear choice.
Robbinsville residents can stay with council members Dave Boyne, Chris Ciaccio and Rich Levesque, who have demonstrated strong leadership abilities in the past three years, or choose an unknown.
Dave, Chris and Rich have shown their commitment to making our town friendly to the business community and have been supportive of recreation opportunities for our children.
They already understand the tough challenges that Robbinsville has faced in the past and have put us on a path to compete for ratables as the recession lifts. At this time in our township’s growth, a continuation of these efforts is important and necessary to keep Robbinsville moving in the right direction.
As someone who supported the change of government in 2004, I am seeing the fruits of that change. I see sewers being installed on Route 130 and a more aggressive approach to bringing businesses to town.
Yet, even in tough times, we are finding room for the things that matter to us as a community, like recreation and public safety.
These are difficult times for municipal government. I think it is wise to stay with experienced leaders.
I will be voting for Dave Boyne, Chris Ciaccio and Rich Levesque on May 10 and encourage everyone in Robbinsville to do the same.
