   Jesus Lopez-Gonzalez, 38, of Kingston, was charged with failure to yield and driving without a license. At 3:28 p.m. on May 3, police stopped Mr. Lopez-Gonzalez at Valley Road. Upon speaking with the driver, police found he did not have a valid license. A check on the driver found that he had an active traffic warrant out of Princeton Borough for $269. He was arrested and later released after a friend posted bail. He was also charged with driving with an unsecured load in a trailer the car was towing.
   Montgomery
   Police are investigating a reported burglary of a utility van belonging to Sherman Smith Plumbing. Between 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday and 8 a.m. on Thursday, the lock on the sliding door had been punched out and the vehicle, which was parked in the business parking lot on Route 206, had been entered. A tool bag containing about $635 worth of tools was taken.
   Sawab Wright, 40, of East Orange, was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, maintenance of lamps and an unclear license plate. At 12:25 p.m. on Wednesday, police stopped Mr. Wright on Route 206 near Orchard Road. During the stop, police detected the odor of marijuana in the car. A drug sniffing K-9 was requested from the Somerset County Sheriff’s Department. The dog found marijuana inside the car. His car was impounded and towed to police headquarters, where Mr. Wright gave consent for a police search of his car. Marijuana under 50 grams was found. He was released, pending court.
   Jose Mejia, 44, of Corona, N.Y., was charged with careless driving. At 9:41 a.m. on Wednesday, police responded to a car crash with injuries on Route 206 at the Montgomery Shopping Center. Mr. Mejia was driving north when his car struck the rear of a car stopped in northbound traffic at a traffic light. The other driver, Jomo Glover, 43, of Philadelphia, complained of neck and back pain and was taken for medical treatment. Mr. Mejia’s car was towed.

   Jessica M. Carroll, 24, of Cranford, was charged with seven counts of possession of prescription medication without a prescription, driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. At 2:04 a.m. on Saturday, police stopped Ms. Carroll on Hunters Glen Drive. Further investigation found that she and her passenger, James Detore Jr., 22, of Kendall Park, were in possession of a glass pipe used to smoke marijuana. Ms. Carroll was found to be in possession of prescription pills not prescribed to her as well as a quantity of marijuana. Both individuals were arrested. Mr. Detore was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was later released, pending court. Ms. Carroll was additionally charged with reckless driving, maintenance of lamps and failure to make repairs. She was later released, pending court.
   West Windsor
   Vance Kinslow McManamy, 52, of Camden, was charged with driving while intoxicated and careless driving. At 10:01 a.m. on Sunday, police responded to a report of a two-car accident on Route 1 South near Fisher Place. On the scene, police determined Mr. McManamy had rear-ended the other vehicle. The other driver sustained minor injuries. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. At the scene, police determined Mr. McManamy was intoxicated. He was arrested and later released, pending court.
   Jonathan Henry Scala, 26, of Allentown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, red light violation and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. At 11:41 p.m. on Friday, police stopped Mr. Scala at the intersection of Edinburg and New Village roads. Upon speaking with the driver, police determined he was intoxicated. He was arrested and later released, pending court.
