Jonathan Puebla, 26, of Trenton, was issued motor vehicle summonses for driving while suspended and unregistered vehicle on Monday, May 16. While his vehicle was stopped, it was discovered that the driver, Mr. Puebla, had a suspended driver’s license and an active warrant for $204 out of Trenton. Mr. Puebla was arrested and later released after posting the $204 bail.
Ernest Delma, 28, of Princeton, was issued a warrant for arrest in the amount of $150 for failure to appear in court on May 17. A short time later Mr. Delma arrived in court and was placed under arrest on the warrant. Mr. Delma was later released after posting the $150 bail and was provided a new court date.

Andrew Torge, 27, of Baltimore was arrested on an obstruction the administration of law charge after police were dispatched to Triumph Brewery on Nassau Street after a report of a fight in progress on May 15 at 11:53 p.m. One of the combatants fled and was caught on South Tulane Street by a responding officer after a foot pursuit.

A Henry Court resident was the victim of identity theft and theft on Wednesday, May 11 and Thursday, May 12. Someone withdrew $503 from an ATM located in San Juan Capistrano, Calif., and made a purchase in the amount of $210.88 at a store located in Van Nuys, Calif.
Police are investigating a theft that occurred between 8 and 9 a.m. on Friday, May 13, at the apartment of a resident of Windrow Drive. The resident said $80 was taken from the bedroom area.
Police are investigating a theft that occurred between 9:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. on May 14. A Cornell University student’s Mac Book Pro was reported stolen from his room at the Homewood Suites Hotel on Route 1. The estimated value of the laptop is $1,300.
A resident of Ravens Crest Drive reported identity theft and fraudulent use of her credit card information on May 17. The victim came into police headquarters and stated she was contacted by her credit card company’s fraud department regarding recent attempts to make purchases using her debit card at a Target store in Maryland. The first attempt of $275.17 on Monday, May 17, had been completed but the second attempt was denied. The victim stated she had been in possession of her debit card at the time of the purchase and did not authorize the charges.

Neha Ghosh, 20, of Bridgewater was issued a summons for careless driving. At 6:20 p.m. on May 13 police responded to an accident on Route 206 near Rutland Road. Police report that Ms. Ghosh’s car crossed into the other lane of traffic and collided with a car driven by Candace Denham, 24, of West Windsor. Ms. Denham had to be extricated from her car by Montgomery Fire Companies 1 and 2.
Police responded to the Williamsburg Estates neighborhood at 6:45 a.m. on May 14 to investigate several burglaries of unlocked motor vehicles that occurred during the previous night. Some of the vehicles had property stolen such as money, wallets and an iPod. Nine vehicles were entered. The burglaries occurred on Durham Road, Richmond Drive, Charleston Drive and Platz Drive.
