SENIOR MENUS-May 19, 2011

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance.
   The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution.
   All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   May 19 — Chicken noodle soup, glazed pork chop, oven red potatoes, broccoli spears, applesauce/cinnamon, rye bread and marble pound cake. Plant Seeds of Kindness Day.
   May 20 — Grape juice, chili con carne, rice, zucchini, fruited gelatin salad, corn muffin and fig bar. Bingo.
   May 21 — Orange juice, seafood salad, wheat bread, veggie salad, fresh fruit, sandwich cookies and milk.
   May 22 — Cranapple juice, turkey, rye bread, macaroni salad, fresh fruit, angel food cake and milk.
   May 23 — Turkey barley soup, pot roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, asparagus, pineapple chunks, pumpernickel bread and apple crumb cake. Exercise.
   May 24 — Mushroom soup, honey lemon chicken, sweet potato patty, green beans, citrus sections, six-grain bread and black-and-white cookie. Cards.
   May 25 — Cranapple juice, pork chop with gravy, pasta primavera, whole baby carrots, applesauce/cinnamon, Parker House roll and cherry crisp cobbler. Bingo and Share a Memory Day.
   May 26 — Grape juice, eggplant rollatini, two meatballs in sauce, asparagus, tossed salad/tomatoes, Italian bread and lime gelatin with topping. Thank Your Site Manager Day.
