Jersey Shore Collaborative Law Group Presents:
Taking the Mystery Out of Divorce
The Jersey Shore Collaborative Law Group will present a free seminar on Tuesday, May 24th from 6:30-8pm at the Monmouth County Library Eastern Branch in Shrewsbury, NJ.
Hear experts talk about the many issues that confront couples who are considering or who have decided to divorce. The New Jersey legal system is difficult to navigate in normal circumstances, let alone when one is dealing with the mental, emotional and financial implications of a looming marital breakup. Members of the JSCLG are highly knowledgeable and experienced in the field of family law in New Jersey, and wish to share their expertise with those who are currently experiencing separation or the divorce process, or those who are considering divorce.
The seminar will explore the legal, financial, psychological and social issues of divorce, with topics including how the divorce process works in New Jersey, what alternatives to divorce litigation exist in the state, the financial and family issues that come along with the decision to divorce, and what resources there are available to help people through this difficult time in their lives.
The Eastern Branch of the Monmouth County Library is located at 1001 Route 35, Shrewsbury, NJ.
Founded in 2005, the Jersey Shore Collaborative Law Group is a business organization created to provide a platform for the implementation, development and promotion of the use of the collaborative legal process to resolve divorces and other family law disputes.
