Law enforcement officials are seeking the public’s help in locating a Red Bank woman who was reported missing earlier this month.
The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, in conjunction with the Red Bank and Eatontown police departments, has launched an investigation into the whereabouts of Viridiana Beltran-Gomez, of Bank Street, Red Bank, according to a statement issued by the Prosecutor’s Office.
Beltran-Gomez was last seen on the evening of Thursday, May 12, leaving work at the Siena Grill in Red Bank, according to the press release.
At that time, police believe that Beltran- Gomez was in the presence of her estranged husband, Oscar Prior-Ramirez, of Eatontown.
Prior-Ramirez was operating a tan 1999 JeepGrand Cherokee Limited at the time, according to the press release.
Beltran-Gomez was reported missing to the Red Bank Police Department at approximately 6 p.m., on Friday, May 13.
She is described as a fair-skinned Latino female, approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 115 pounds, with dyed blonde hair and hazel eyes.
On May 19, police conducted a systematic search of the area near the victim’s home for any potential evidence relating to Beltran-Gomez’ whereabouts, according to the Prosecutor’s Office.
Residents of the area should not be alarmed, the press release states.
