SENIOR MENUS

June 2-9

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville. Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance. The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
    June 2 — Vegetable rice soup, loin of pork with gravy, hot potato salad, green beans, oranges and pineapples, pumpernickel bread, éclair. Bring a Friend to Lunch Day.
   June 3 — Apple juice, chicken cordon bleu, rice pilaf, whole baby carrots, deluxe fruit salad, whole wheat roll, braided apple strudel. Bingo.
   June 4 — Pineapple juice, chicken salad, rye bread, Italian vegetables, fresh fruit, fig bar, milk.
   June 5 — Blended juice, roast beef, American cheese, Kaiser roll, minced coleslaw, fresh fruit, black and white cookie, milk.
   June 6 — Apple juice, eggplant parmesan, rigatoni with sauce, wax beans, spring mix salad, Italian bread, red seedless grapes. Exercise.
   June 7 — Vegetable rice soup, tuna salad, macaroni salad, pickled beets and onions, tomato slices and lettuce, croissant, strawberries and brownie. Cards.
   June 8 — Chicken orzo soup, stuffed flounder filet, oven red potatoes, carrot coins, lettuce/tomato salad, rye bread, mocha cupcake. Bingo.
   June 9 — Grape juice, chicken Francoise, saffron rice, blended vegetables, tropical fruit salad, dinner roll, vanilla ice cream cup. Wear Yellow Day.
