The Old Bridge High School (OBHS) Marching Band will present “Drum Corps: An American Tradition” 7:30 p.m. June 26 at Lombardi Field, Carl Sandburg Middle School, off Route 516.
Featured performers will be the Madison Scouts and six other performing groups from Georgia, Texas, Massachusetts and New Jersey. The Wisconsin-based Scouts will visit New Jersey as part of Drum Corps International’s Summer Music Games tour. The 150 members are high school and college students who will travel 12,500 miles this summer while performing before more than 300,000 audience members.
The June 26 performances will benefit the Traveling Knights of Old Bridge, the bandparent association for the OBHS Marching Band.
