Mrs. Harlan, 67, of Monroe, died June 11, 2011, in CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. She was predeceased by her father, Armando Rodriguez Sr., and by a brother, Armando Rodriguez Jr. Surviving are her husband, Marvin Harlan; her mother, Obdulia Martinez Rodriguez of Gilbert, Ariz.; a son, Joseph Collazo of Mesa, Ariz.; a stepdaughter, Sheri Harlan of Lubbock, Texas; a brother, Armando E. Rodriguez of Arlington, Va.; a sister, Miriam Burns, and her husband, Douglas, of Mooresville, N.C.; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. Services were held at M. David De- Marco Funeral Home, Monroe. Interment was in Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arnytown section of North Hanover.
