Mrs. Neckin, 74, of Marlboro, died June 20, 2011, at Sunrise Assisted Living in Marlboro. She had worked as a secretary for John Dewey High School, Brooklyn, N.Y. Surviving are her husband, Bertram “Buddy” Neckin of Marlboro; three daughters, Cheryl Bernstein of Towaco, Cindy Salem of Marlboro, and Pam Lopes of Manalapan; two stepdaughters, Andrea Graves of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Ellen Baymihr of California; a sister, Sandy Ruocco of Brooklyn; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; Arrangements were under the direction of the Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, Manalapan, followed by interment at United Hebrew Cemetery, Staten Island, N.Y.
