Press Release for the Hillsborough Beacon
On June 4, 2011 seniors from the Hillsborough area were treated to breakfast, harp music and a speaker, courtesy of “Home Helpers of Hillsborough” and Christian Community Chapel, also located in Hillsborough. The harp music featured Annalee Davis, a noted harpist from the Hillsborough area. The breakfast was held in the lower level of Christian Community Chapel and Annalee Davis played the harp while the seniors ate and chatted with friends and new acquaintances at their table. Annalee closed out the breakfast with a talk on “Finishing Well”, and spoke on letting go of the past, finding meaning in the changes of life and seeking wholeness through spiritually. A great time was held by all, and we look forward to holding similar events in the future.
