Township
A Princeton Borough man was arrested on an outstanding warrant during a traffic stop on July 17.
Wayne Miller Sr., 52, of Quarry Street, was taken into custody for a traffic warrant from Princeton Borough at 2:38 p.m. when stopped while driving his 2001 Ford Econoline van on Alexander Street.
Mr. Miller posted $186 bail and was released from custody.
A Vineland man was arrested on four outstanding criminal warrants from multiple jurisdictions on July 17 during a motor vehicle stop on Route 206.
Jared B. Molter, 24, of North Main Road, was stopped at 10:03 a.m. and police discovered he had warrants totaling $5,151, including a $3,001 warrant from Vineland and an additional $2,150 warrant from Camden.
He was unable to post the more than $5,000 bail and turned over to the Vineland Police Department.
Guy Angelella, 58, of West Trenton was taken into custody during a traffic stop at Princeton Avenue and Route 206 for an unpaid traffic ticket our of Hopewell Township Muncipal Court. He was processed and released after posting $164 bail.
Princeton Borough
During a liquor law investigation David Stevens-Parker, 19, of Cranbury was stopped at 8:20 p.m. On July 15 and found to be in possession of alcohol while being under age. A false identification stating he was 21 years of age, which he used to purchase alcohol, was found on his person. He was released.
A Princeton man was arrested on an outstanding $500 warrant from Plainsboro on July 15.
Following a 911 investigation, 20-year-old Ryan Everett of Maclean Street was arrested and released on $500 bail with a future court date with Plainsboro Municipal Court.
A 20-year-old Lawrenceville man was arrested for exhibiting a false government document to gain entry to a bar on Nassau Street on July 16.
Kahlil Brown of Fountayne Lane allegedly showed a New York driver’s license to attempt to gain entry to the Ivy Bar at 1:08 a.m. The bar security reported it to police after the patron left the false document at the bar with the bouncer after being denied entry. Officers were able to identify Mr. Brown from the picture on the false identification as he walked down Nassau Street. Mr. Bown allegedly admitted the identification was false, was charged and released on his own recognizance.
A Trenton man was charged with tampering with public documents on July 17.
Olabode Rasheed, a 21-year-old Old Rose Street resident, was arrested after a stop and the officer noticed a New Jersey temporary registration was altered with whiteout. He admitted to altering a government document.
Mr. Rasheed was released on his own recognizance.
West Windsor
A Woodbridge woman was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on July 2.
Joanne M. Adams, 41, was stopped on Route 1 south near Alexander Road at 1:33 a.m.
She was issued summonses for DWI, reckless driving and failing to maintain a single land of travel.
Two Philadelphia men were arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana and possession of a stun gun on July 16.
Lucius D. Steagall Jr. and Demetrius Donovan Fung, both 21, were arrested after being stopped on Quakerbridge Road and Village Road West at 12:20 a.m.
Mr. Steagall was issued a summons for speeding and a criminal summons for possession of marijuana. Mr. Fung was issued a criminal summons for possession of a stun gun. Both men were released pending a future court date.
A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested on a charge of shoplifting at Marshalls on July 16.
The girl was observed by store security putting a pink Ugg boot into her purse and exiting the store. She returned for the second boot and was detained. The pair of boots was valued at $99.
The juvenile’s mother was present at the store and both went to police headquarters and the girl was released to the custody of her mother.
Three cars on Eastern Circle were reported broken into between 8 p.m. on July 15 and 9 a.m. on July 16 and had items taken.
Missing items, valued at $330 included GPS units and an iPod auxiliary car cord.
A Hamilton man was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated on July 17.
David F. Owle, 31, was stopped on Windsor Road and taken into custody and issued summonses for DWI and reckless driving. He was released to the custody of a friend pending a future court date.
