Presentation Serves Nutrition, Energy and Taste
Princeton, N.J.: Mahi, red peppers, avocados, walnuts and whole grains; just a few of the items on the menu in a power and nutrition buffet being served at Princeton Windrows. As a special presentation for better living, a certified dietician from the University Medical Center at Princeton will host “The Ten Power Foods,” prepared by award-winning Princeton Windrows Executive Chef and Culinary Director Richard Blagrave.
“The Ten Power Foods” will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 3 at Princeton Windrows Independent Lifestyle Community at 2000 Windrow Drive in Princeton, New Jersey. The seminar is free and open to the public. Reservations are required. Refreshments will also be served and tours of the community provided.
