The 2011 Monmouth County Directory is available from the county’s Internet website at www.visitmonmouth.com in the Information Center section.
The directory contains information about local, county, state and federal elected officials who represent New Jersey and Monmouth County. Biographical information about the elected Board of Freeholders and the sheriff, prosecutor, surrogate and county clerk is also included.
The directory, produced by the Monmouth County Department of Public Information and Communications, lists information about all county departments, municipalities, Superior Court, senior centers, public schools and many of the county’s private schools. Listings and telephone numbers for all of the social service agencies and various boards and commissions also are included. There are also listings of the county’s regional authorities, chambers of commerce and local news outlets. Most of the information includes contact names, addresses, telephone and fax numbers.
“The Monmouth County Directory is a valuable tool for residents looking to avail themselves of county programs and services,” Freeholder Director Robert D. Clifton said. “Every aspect of county government is listed in the book, which is also posted on the county website.”
Residents who would like a copy of the directory mailed to them may request a copy by sending an email to contact@ co.monmouth.nj.us or by calling 732-431-7310.
