Mrs. Conger, 82, of South River, died July 17, 2011, in Saint Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. She was predeceased by a brother, Charles Thomas. Surviving are her husband, William; five sons, William, and his wife, Bailey, of Cook, Minn., Thomas, and his wife, Mi Jung, of Fort Rucker, Ala., Michael of Robbinsville, John, and his wife, Michelle, of Berthoud, Colo., and James of Sedalia, Miss.; four daughters, Carol Conger of South River, Virginia Werner, and her husband, Frank, of Helmetta, Kathy Lynch of Sayreville and Patti Jolly, and her husband, Chuck, of Union Beach; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A Mass was offered at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Old Bridge. Interment was in Washington Monumental Cemetery, South River. Arrangements were under the direction of Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick.
