Following is an email that was sent to Judith Wilson and members of the Princeton Regional Board of Education:
We support the efforts of the Valley Road School-Adaptive Reuse Committee to save the older part of Valley Road School and convert it to a community center to house the offices and activities of nonprofit organizations, including Princeton Community TV.
As members of the League of Women Voters of the Princeton Area, we are always looking for reasonably priced meeting space for our nonprofit organization.
We already make use of Princeton Community TV to televise and archive League-sponsored debates among candidates for Borough Council and Township Committee.
Losing the TV studio would be detrimental to our efforts to inform voters.
