Mrs. Tartanella, 83, of East Brunswick, died Aug. 20, 2011, in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as an administrative assistant with Johnson & Johnson, Milltown. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank, and by two sisters, Vivian Nisivoccia and Betty Terlizzi. Surviving are two sons, Frank Jr. of East Brunswick and Paul of the Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick; a sister, Josephine Bubnowski, and her husband, Edward, of Lakewood; a granddaughter; and her caretaker, Sophie Lachowacz. A Mass was offered at Immaculate Conception Church, Spotswood. Entombment was in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick.
