Mrs. Booth, 94, of the Cliffwood Beach section of Old Bridge, died Sept. 1, 2011, in CareOne at Holmdel. Prior to her retirement in 1980, she was employed as a custodian at Midland Glass, Cliffwood, where she worked for 12 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Benjamin Booth; and by four siblings, Fred Schwarz, Carrie Hoffer, Elsie Smith and Julia Smith. Surviving are three children, Patricia Smith of Cliffwood Beach, Robert Smith, and his wife, Laura, of Little Egg Harbor and Donna Aliff, and her husband, Eugene, of Brick; a brother, Charles Schwarz of Englishtown; three grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. Cremation was private. Arrangements were under the direction of Day Funeral Home, Keyport.
