Mrs. Dawidowicz, 83, a resident of Matawan since 1964, died Sept. 2, 2011, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. She was employed at Charles of the Ritz, Holmdel, before her retirement. Mrs. Dawidowicz was a communicant of St. Lawrence Church, Laurence Harbor. She was predeceased by her husband, Vincent S. Dawidowicz, in 2002; a daughter, Diane Watson, in 2008; and a son-in-law, William B. Watson III, in 2009. Surviving are two sons and daughters-inlaw, Daniel Dawidowicz and Donna Chong, and Dr. John and Carol Dawidowicz; a daughter, Patricia Saltzberg; nine grandchildren; and a greatgranddaughter. A funeral liturgy was celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold, followed by interment at St. Gabriel’s Cemetery, Marlboro. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements were by the Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold.
