‘3 Pigs in a Blanket’ coming to Edison

Tickets are on sale for Plays-in-the-Park’s 18th annual indoor children’s musical. This year’s offering is “Three Pigs in a Blanket,” a musical that tells the stories of the “Boy Who Cried Wolf,” “Little Red Riding Hood” and “The Three Little Pigs,” all from the wolf’s perspective. Book and lyrics are by Gary P. Cohen with music by Warren Helms.

Performances will be held noon and 3 p.m. on Oct. 8, 9, 15, 16 and 22. Admission is $2 for children under 12 and $3 for adults. The show is presented in a black-box theater created backstage at Plays-in-the-Park, which seats 150 patrons.
