Mrs. Lewandowski, 81, of the Parlin section of Sayreville, died Sept. 10, 2011, in Montgomery Hospital, Norristown, Pa. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Lewandowski. Surviving are a daughter, Dona Lewandowski of Parlin; a son, Thomas Lewandowski, and his wife, Rita; two grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. Private funeral services were under the direction of Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, Parlin.
