The North Brunswick Humane Association (NBHA) will hold its Dog Walk from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 2, at Community Park, 2350 Route 130 south, rain or shine.
There will be a walk around the park, a Halloween pet-costume contest, microchipping, adoptions, free nail clippings, pet first aid demonstrations, pet photography, treats and ice cream.
The cost is $15 for the first dog ($12 for senior citizens) and $5 for each additional dog. Checks should be made payable to the North Brunswick Humane Association, P.O. Box 7522, North Brunswick 08902. Also include the owner’s name, address, phone number and email address, along with each dog’s name, age and weight.
On-site registration begins at noon.
