SENIOR MENUS: Sept. 22, 2011

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance.
   The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution.
   All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
    Sept. 22 — Orange juice, chicken fricassee, saffron rice, sautéed spinach, cucumbers and tomatoes, raisin bread, glazed donut. Puzzle Day.
   Sept. 23 — Grape juice, veal parmesan, spaghetti with sauce, Italian green beans, antipasto salad, Italian bread, cannily. Bingo.
   Sept. 24 — Cranapple juice, seafood salad, croissant, three-bean salad, fresh fruit, marble pound cake, milk.
   Sept. 25 — Apple juice, chicken filet, hamburger bun, minced coleslaw, fresh fruit, crumb cake, milk.
   Sept. 26 — Pineapple juice, glazed pork chop, macaroni and cheese, Harvard beets, cinnamon applesauce, dinner roll, fresh banana. Exercise.
   Sept. 27 — Cranapple juice, barbecued chicken breast, red beans and rice, sliced carrots, minced coleslaw, pumpernickel bread, fresh Bartlett pear. Bingo.
   Sept. 28 — Corn chowder, meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, French green beans, pineapple chunks, wheat bread, rice pudding. Site Meeting.
   Sept. 29 — Grape juice, eggplant rollatini, meatballs with sauce, broccoli, romaine lettuce salad, Italian bread, cheese Danish. Puzzle Day.
