Mr. Dziuba, 50, of Manalapan, formerly of Bayonne, North Plainfield and Freehold, died Sept. 20, 2011, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He was the CFO for Telcordia Technologies, Piscataway, where he was employed for the past 30 years. Mr. Dziuba played the bass guitar and was a vocalist in numerous polka bands traveling to festivals throughout the U.S. Surviving are his son, Kevin Dziuba of Howell; two daughters, Kaitlyn Dziuba and Elizabeth Dziuba of Jacksonville, Fla.; his former wife, Kathleen Dziuba of Howell; his mother, Loretta Dziuba of Bayonne; a brother, Robert Dziuba and his wife, Barbara, of North Arlington; and a sister, Diane Molinaro and her husband, Tony, of East Windsor. Afuneral Mass was celebrated at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, Freehold Township. Interment was private.
