Mr. Herudek, 68, of Jackson, died Oct. 16, 2011, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Prior to retiring in 2001, he was an auditor for the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, Trenton. Prior to that, he owned Iris Meadow Farms, where he raised and trained Arabian horses. Mr. Herudek was predeceased by his first wife, Lois Herudek. Surviving are his wife, Johanna Herudek; a son, William Chamberlain Jr., and his wife, Donna, of Highlands; two daughters, Sandra Siroky of Columbia and Karen Davis and her husband, Raymond, of Egg Harbor; a brother, Jack Herudek of Cedar Knolls; three sisters, Roberta Grabowski, Beverly McLaughlin and Nancy Carey and her husband, Joseph, all of Cedar Knolls; and seven grandchildren. A memorial service was held at the First Assembly of God, Freehold Township. Arrangements were by the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township.
