James W. Rush

Mr. Rush, 70, of Hazlet, died Nov. 3, 2011, at home. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he had resided in Holmdel before moving to Hazlet. Mr. Ruch owned Hy-Dee Plastics, New York City, retiring in 2003. He was predeceased by his father, William Rush. Surviving are his wife, Patricia (Fonda) Rush; his mother, Janet (Hayes) Rush; his children, Debbie Martin and her husband, Daniel, of Wayside, Jamie Racioppi and her husband, Rich, of Wayside, Matthew Rush of Piscataway, Lisa Lopes and her husband, Zeke, of Wayside, Michael Quintanilla of Union City, and Amy Drag and her husband, David, of Green Brook; his siblings, Lorraine Brown of Hazlet, Jane Killeen of Hazlet, Maureen Cokelet of Hazlet and William Rush of Florida; 10 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and many good friends. A memorial service was held at Gethsemane Lutheran Church, Keyport.
