Middletown to host daddy-daughter dances

MIDDLETOWN — Dads will have the opportunity to escort their daughters in kindergarten through fifth grade to an evening of dinner, dancing and fun at the annual Daddy Daughter Dance hosted by Middletown Parks Recreation and Cultural Affairs.

Dances will be held 7-10 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 2, and Saturday, Dec. 3, at Jacques Reception Center. The cost is $40 per person, and the evening includes music, games, buffet dinner, souvenir photo and special keepsake.

The dances are open to Middletown residents only. Registration is currently under way, and there is limited seating for each date. Registration is accepted in person or by mail at the Recreation Office, Croydon Hall, 900 Leonardville Road, Leonardo, 07737. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
