Mr. Bibby, 83, of Readington Township, died Dec. 18, 2011, at home. He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Miami University in Florida and was self-employed as a structural steel detailer, working from his home. Mr. Bibby was predeceased by a brother, Alexander. Surviving are his wife of 60 years, Norma; a daughter, Christine Stout, and her husband, William Paul, of Rumson; and three grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at the Thompson Memorial Home, 310 Broad St., Red Bank, 10 a.m. Dec. 22. Interment will follow at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown.
