Texas Roadhouse of Old Bridge, Route 9 in the Gateway Shopping Mall, will host a benefit for the Sayreville Pet Adoption Center (SPAC) 3-10 p.m. Jan. 16.
Diners should present an event flier from SPAC. The restaurant will then donate 10 percent of all proceeds to the shelter. A free appetizer “bounce-back” coupon also will be given to individuals who present a flier.
Children will eat for 99 cents and have the opportunity to take part in free facepainting and applesauce-eating contests. There will be door prizes and raffles.
