A food drive to support the Jackson Food Pantry is being conducted by the Jackson Veterans of Foreign Wars, 54 Magnolia Drive, Jackson, to help offset the bare shelves that are usually left after the holidays. Donations of nonperishable items can be dropped off at the post Thursday through Monday evenings until 9 p.m. as well as Saturday and Sunday afternoons throughout the month of January.
