Mr. Neely, 75, of East Brunswick, formerly of Keyport and the Forked River section of Lacey, died Dec. 29, 2011, at home. He was a foreman with theWitco Corp., PerthAmboy, for 29 years until he retired 15 years ago. Surviving are his wife, Geraldine Hyland Neely; two daughters and a son-in-law, Heather Page of Atkinson, N.H., and Janet and Peter Fein of Marblehead, Mass.; a brother, Edward Neely of Sarasota, Fla.; and three grandchildren, Riley, Jack and Meredith.
